Pets Without Walls
Supporting the Unhoused, Seniors, and Veterans and Their Beloved Companions
Pets Without Walls is dedicated to helping
San Diego County residents experiencing homelessness, low-income seniors, and veterans by ensuring their pets receive the care they need to stay healthy and happy.
Pets Without Walls provides vital care for dogs and cats of unhoused families, low-income seniors, and veterans in San Diego. Our services include vaccinations, spay/neuter surgeries, flea and tick treatments, and pet food, all aimed at ensuring the well-being of pets and their owners throughout San Diego County.
“The pets of individuals experiencing homelessness often hold an even deeper significance than they might for San Diegans with homes,” said Renee Resko, Vice President of Development at Helen Woodward Animal Center. “These animals remain steadfast companions through life’s highs and lows. They offer unwavering loyalty, unconditional love, and nonjudgmental support—sometimes serving as their owners’ only family.”
You can help today! Donations will immediately cover the costs of vaccines, surgery supplies, flea/tick medicine, and more.
Consider making a monthly gift to keep the program alive. We can't do it without your support.
