Is this donation tax deductible?
Helen Woodward Animal Center is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, please keep your email donation receipt as your official record. We'll send it to you upon successful completion of your donation.
Can I mail my donation?

Need help processing your donation?
Please contact the Development team at either (858) 756-4117 x350 or devassist@gmail.com. Our team is available Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm and will respond to you promptly if a message if left outside of those hours. Note: Donation questions made on the day of our HOPE Telethon (Dec 11) will be responded to on Monday, December 12th. Your donation will still count towards our overall goal!
CONTEST RULES OF ENTRY
The Hope Telethon Win a San Diego Staycation Contest will begin on October 17th, 2025, and close on November 14th, 2025 at 12:00pm PST. To enter, applicants must enter their information in order to be contacted when the winner is randomly selected.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
After the close of the campaign, November 14th, 2025, one person will be randomly selected. Winner selection is final and at the sole discretion of the Helen Woodward Animal Center.
Winners will be notified within 30 days after the end date. Notification will be sent via email and phone using the contact information provided during entry. In the event that the winner cannot be reached after reasonable efforts, an alternate winner may be selected.
CONTEST CONDUCT & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Helen Woodward Animal Center is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries. If, for any reason, the campaign cannot be completed as planned due to events such as a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or technical failures, Helen Woodward Animal Center reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the campaign. By entering, participants release Helen Woodward Animal Center from any liability arising from participation in the campaign.
WINNERS GUIDELINES
The Stay at Town and Country Resort and Dinner at Arlo is based on Hotel availability and is not valid on Public Holidays' or special events as determined by Town & Country. Helen Woodward Animal Center has nothing to do with booking the event stay or the availability.
